- Exchange of merchandise(s) will only be accepted upon presentation of the valid receipt.
- Exchange will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise(s) can only be exchanged once.
- No exchange will be accepted on altered, damaged and used merchandise(s).
PRO CAM-FIS reserves the right to determine the conditions of merchandise(s).
- No exchange will be accepted on any books, magazines, health & skin care products, discounted items or goods purchased during sale period.
- No cash refund for all items.
